PCSX2 is a PS2 emulator which allows you to play almost every title in this legendary Sony console's catalog. And thanks to the numerous updates and improvements to the emulator over the years, the vast majority of games have better graphics here than on the original console. There are many other advantages as well, such as being able to play with different types of controllers or with keyboard and mouse, creating infinite memory cards, and much more.
First things first: install the BIOS
The first thing you need to do in order to use the emulator is configure the PCSX2 BIOS. This process is much simpler than you might think. PS2 BIOSes are available for download from the Internet Archive and usually have the names: SCPH-70012.BIN, SCPH-77008.BIN, SCPH-77008.MEC, and SCPH-77008.NVM. Just place these files in the "BIOS" folder wherever you have PCSX2 installed and, in the Configuration Options, under the BIOS tab, select the one you want to use.
Configure PCSX2 for better performance
After selecting the BIOS you want to use, you can start playing any ROM. That being said, it's best to take a look at the emulator's Configuration Options first, especially the Graphics tab. Here you can choose whether you want to play in full screen or windowed mode, whether to keep the original aspect ratio or play in widescreen, and whether to apply texture filtering, post-processing effects, or texture replacement. There are a whole host of options at your disposal. You can make it so that your games look virtually the same as they did on the original PlayStation 2 console or make them look much better. Neither option is definitively better than the other, they are simply different.
Download the best PS2 ROMs
Creating a PlayStation 2 ROM is as simple as converting any of the original game discs into an ISO. However, there is an even simpler way, which is to just download them. There are any number of web pages where you can download games. In fact, the PS2 emulation scene is so prolific that new modified ROMs, versions of old games with modern patches, translations of games that were never released outside a specific region, and ports from other consoles are released every day. There are thousands and thousands of games that can comfortably be played through PCSX2.
An exceptional compatibility list
The PCSX2 compatibility list is very, very extensive. The complete list is available on the emulator's official website, containing more than 2500 compatible games that work correctly. And these are just the ones that have been tested and confirmed to work. A host of other titles, like old demo discs, are also likely to work without a hitch, they are just simply not registered here. In any case, the list is updated regularly, so you can more or less always see if the game you want to play is working or not.
The best way to play PlayStation 2
Download PCSX2 and unlock the full power of the PS2 on your PC. This powerful emulator allows you to play some of the best video games in history, including some which were never even released on any other platforms, in a very comfortable way. The emulator also allows you to automatically update to the latest version every time you open it, so you can be sure to always benefit from the latest improvements and the best compatibility. A must-have emulator for video game lovers.

The best PlayStation 2 emulator.
I can't open the application. I run it as administrator, but it doesn't work. I can click on it 100 times, but it won't open.

I want it to include Ultraman Fighters Evolution 3 2 and the Rebirth, please, to relive those good times.
